CurrentSupervise all staff to ensure compliance with Office of Head Start and HCZ’s performance standards, assess and implement professional development needs, and meeting of program goals Facilitate staff training, team meetings, parent workshops, community events, and presentationsComplete regular audits of internal data (i.e. case notes, lesson plans, case files, attendance reports, medical documentation, and applications) and program support systems (i.e. ChildPlus, ZORA, SharePoint, Google Drive, ASQ Online to assess efficacy of services and respond to areas of needed improvementEnsure timely completion of required reporting to funders, board members, and grantees etc…Support budget management, oversight and strategic planning for use of program fundsSupport the recruitment and hiring process as needed (reviewing resumes and conducting interviews)Complete program Director responsabilities in their absencePursue and participate in professional development opportunities to ensure preparedness for program oversight, knowledge of key service areas and Head Start performance standards Establish, initiate, collaborate and maintain community partnership and resource channels to enable streamlined client access to needed supportsGuide and mentor program staff including tracking work and evaluation performance Support program Director on important projects for board members and meetingsManage staff time on UltiPro
