Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force(SOHTCTF); The Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force is a digital forensic laboratory housed within the Medford Police Department. Within this lab I process and examine all types of digital devices for data relevant to criminal investigations. Some investigations includes digital forensic incidentresponse (DFIR), network intrusion, fraud/identity theft, homicides, humantrafficking, and child exploitation.-Possess strong knowledge of multiple file systems (FAT32,exFAT, NTFS).-Possess knowledge of various forensic examination suites(Cellebrite PA, Axiom, Blacklight, FTK, etc.).-Ability to multi-task on a daily basis while maintaining soundforensics.-Produce detailed reports and maintain strict chain of custody.-Expert testimony in courts.-Currently training to become manager of digital lab.-Currently training two of our newest forensic examiners.-Performed multiple public education courses on digitalforensics.-Performs well working on a team; not afraid to take a lead rolewhen necessary.-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products andAdobe.-Superb analytical and computer skills to assist state and federal law enforcement recover digital evidence. -Proficient with multiple forensic software/hardware tools.-Proficient with acquisition, chain of custody, and examination of electronically stored information (ESI). -Experience with expert court testimony and eDiscovery.

Previously assigned as a Detective and Computer Forensic Examiner to theSOHTCTF. Also hold an Instructor role (for defensive tactics), oversee someof our digital needs (body cameras, online accounts, cloud storage and Tasers), and am a Field Training Officer.-Develop, implement, and teach specific training for entiredepartment in the field of defensive tactics (2015).-Selected as Field Training Officer in 2014 and have trained overa dozen officers.-Oversee Axon program (body cameras, Tasers, onlineaccounts, cloud storage). -Ledcontract negotiations, budgeting, and implementation of Axon products for our agency (roughly a $1.3 million contract).-Investigated dozens of major crime and fraud investigations.-Contribute as an instructor as part of a new-hire team, which trains our newly hired employees. -Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and de-escalation tactics.
