Financially speaking most cannot survive without a decent paying job, and the staffing industry gave me the ability to assist people with their next career move. A rewarding industry to be in, knowing that you are helping hard working individuals afford housing, food on the table, the ability to pay bills, and taking care of their other financial necessities. While working at Oxford International I was tasked with: utilizing a CRM system known as Compass, finding new blood (new leads), developing organizational charts, penetrating the company through cold calling, finding decision makers, developing long standing relationships with the key players within the organization, using open ended questions to get the information needed to qualify individuals, understanding the hiring process and procedures necessary for hiring through a separate entity, and closing business when the need presented itself.

Wimbledon Health Partners fostered my experience in the sales aspect of the medical field. I furthered my knowledge by learning many different types of medical services, medical insurances, and received some quality education in the area of cardiology. I was asked to contact elite college programs and high schools across the nation to not only discuss with them the importance of cardiac testing, but to see what procedures each program had in place for their student athletes, health safety wise. I spoke with athletic directors, athletic trainers, coaches, cardiologists, and orthopedic surgeons in efforts to promote the program and provide cardiac testing for their student athletes. I very much enjoyed knowing that testing services we provided could better the students well being in their everyday lives and while participating in their sports programs. I also enjoyed contacting high profile prospects and gaining their business. While working at Wimbledon Health Partners I practiced skills such as: Face to face sales, telesales, using CRM systems such as Salesforce, using excel, creating leads, finding the gatekeeper, getting past the gatekeeper, finding the decision maker, qualifying candidates, having complex conversations regarding medicine, and gaining business.

My time Bank of America was my first job out of college and it introduced me to the industry of banking. My job consisted of qualifying, analyzing, and assessing what products and services my clients needed in order to run their business as efficiently as possible. I helped my clients focus on the heart of their business by reducing the amount of administrative tasks they need to pay attention to on a daily basis. Assisting my clients with reaching their financial goals was very rewarding to me and allowed me to develop long lasting business relationships. The products and services I offered included: merchant terminals, cloud based systems, phone applications, and software systems.While working at Bank of America Merchant Services I practiced skills such as: Telesales, qualifying clients, assessing client needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
