Since our founding in 2016, we have opened 20 beautiful schools across the U.S. serving students from birth through high school. We have also launched an innovative training organization to fuel our growth. We're on track to open 20 schools in the next 12 months (including our first international schools!), and plan to continue opening 20+ per year.

Greater San Diego Area

Partner with retailers to develop and execute the real estate strategy for store growth on a nationwide scale. Assignments include Orchard Supply Hardware ( a subsidiary of Lowe's), Camping World, Gander Outdoors, and Duluth Trading. Responsible for the entitlements and land use approvals for the construction of 12-20 acres sites for Gander Outdoor/Camping World Dealerships. Negotiate, select and secure 35,000 sq. ft. stores for Orchard, targeting those urban trade areas with high barriers to entry. Develop and build-out 15,000 sq. ft. regional themed stores for Duluth Trading Company, focusing on optimizing market penetration with regional locations.

Executed and developed the real estate expansion plans for the Western US. Store sizes ranged from 65,000 to 90,000 sq. ft. Immediately secured two urban locations in Southern California, also successfully secured a Salt Lake City location. Established a pileine report with 12 working locations; however the compny placed a hold on expansion to make adjustments to the model.

Carlsbad, Ca

Developed and implemented the real estate expansion plans for the Sprouts Farmers Market Chain in California. Moved to the Sprouts upon the culmination of the merger between Sprouts and Henry's Farmers Markets in April 2011.Since the merger, slotted 18 sites in the 3 year real estate pipeline.Selected store locations using internal and external models analyzing potential sites based on various criteria such as education levels, population density and income levels with defined drive times.In addition to securing traditional grocery stores sites, secured many urban locations with high barriers to entry and provided design input on mixed use projects.
