Responsible for building up recruitment and employer branding strategy, talent program, succession planning, onboarding

- Being an internal advisor by identifying issues, proposing alternatives, finding solutions, delivering on agreed decisions in a timely manner- Coordinating and controlling all HR related tasks of the Service Line- Acting as a first point of contact in relation to HR issues between the Line of Service and the HR Team- Understanding the business requirements, actively seeking out solutions, suggesting improvements and delivering the required duties- Understanding advisory strategy in order to support the business with appropriate number and quality Human Resources. (Flexi-time project, Intern project) - Managing the Performance Management process in the Line of Service- Understanding Line of Service business and needs in order to create (in line with CEE) the best fit compensation & benefits strategy- Taking part / leading mission critical HR projects (Attraction, Retention, Talent, Interns, Reward)

- Building up annual talent acquisition strategy according to business needs- Designing and implementing employer branding strategy to attract diverse target student groups through varied programs and recruitment channels - Managing and developing the Hungarian Recruitment and Attraction team- Building and managing one of the most admired employer brands in Hungary to help attract the top talents- Creating and managing the Hungarian recruitment budget- Designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization- Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment topics- Participating in CEE projects (recruitment process standardization, assessment implementation in 29 countries), leading the regional digital recruitment process project - Achievements: Hired 330 talents annually, Time to hire rate lowered by 50%, Talent pool widened by 30%,
