Charge new product Pilot line: manage NPI line including design review, sample building, shipment schedule, design improvement and process development to ensure new product can be launched to production line without major engineering issue.2. Responsible for NPI project: responsible for RJ45, RJ11 connector product and OPHD construct new product launch, organize the team including production, testing, QA, EMD and Fixture to review the design and on line to follow the sample building to ensure new product smooth launch to line without quality issue and yield loss issue once start mass production and meanwhile drive FPY, FY to the aimed target.3. For mass production engineering: Manage the engineering department within network division. Delegates workload, sets priorities and reviews and guides engineering projects.4.Customer service: working with QA to come out effective action to improve product quality to satisfy customer 5. Cost down:work with design center to develop new process and new technology to improve FPY and reduct cost .6. Subordinate performance review and Train: manage officer/engineer to ensure them to be able to do their qualified job
