The company built partnerships with Kraft Foods and Synecor, and developed retail sales in Sam's Club and QVC. Key Ingredient was acquired by strategic investor, Groupe SEB, in December 2013.

Stitch Networks was an early SaaS service provider for wireless, remote asset management and transaction processing. The company built partnerships with PepsiCo, DixieNarco, The Dairy Council (Got milk?), and Aeris (building one of the first major M2M networks). Funded by Safeguard/PA Early Stage in 1998, closed a strategic round with Maytag Corporation in 1999 and sold the company to USA Technologies in 2002.

Swfte International was a consumer software publisher, building consumer software distribution through numerous major retailers including Sam's Club, Costco, Target and QVC to name a few. The company earned three consecutive Inc. 500 listings and numerous technical and design awards. The company partnered with major licensors including US Playing Cards, Turner Pictures, MCI, and Workman Publishing. The company was sold to Expert Software (now Activision) in 1995.
