There, I managed a cross-functional team of up to 15 people, including account managers, customer success and software developers, to ensure on-time delivery of the product and strong customer retention with zero churn. Collaborated closely with client Executive stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, IT and Operations to provide business analysis and software strategy consulting. Instituted software documentation and training database to accelerate new-employee onboarding and reduce customer support tickets by 50%.
