As a senior Manager I am responsible for Application Management Program/Portfolio for a major privately held transportation company. Also responsible for Customer Relationship, Account Delivery management , Managing Multi-vendor engagements and Account Operations including contraction renewals, Staffing, Recruitment, Receivables, Schedules. Managed operations for an account size varied from $10M to $22M. Currently managing a team size of 40+ associates, an onsite/offshore delivery model.

As Assistant Manager, I was Lead Technical Developer/Business Analyst for Trailer Tracking updates for a major transportation company. The customer was implementing a web based tool to manage their Fleet on a real-time basis and was building a rule to forecast the trailer demand based on the future planning. I was manging the Trailer Tracking Auto-update and Tracking unknown trailer modules development tasks between onsite & offshore and co-ordinating the delivery with the transportation customer.

As Application Engineer, I was a senior Lead developer managing a team of 4 out at offshore development center. The team was challenged to develop an Installation product which installs and auto configures the Oracle E-Business suite in less than an hour for customers. As a Senior Programmer at Kumar, I was playing a developer role to help migrate Oracle 2 Tier application (Forms D2k) into a 3 Tier Web based applications (STRUTS framework) using a proprietary tool. Also was developing various modules for a large UK based shipping company.
