Calculate and verifying the daily, weekly, monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) such as Equity, Debt, Hybrid, Derivative, Money market funds etc.Perform comprehensive reconciliations between FA records and Custodian / Prime broker on cash, fund positions, transactions, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate NAV reporting.Overseeing and validating security prices for various asset classes, including equities, fixed-income instruments, OTC instruments and derivatives.Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and multiclass statements for a portfolio of investment funds.Collaborate with operations teams, custodian and portfolio managers to gather necessary information and resolve accounting related issues in a timely manner.Assist in the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors and ensuring adherence to audit and control procedures.

 Managing the accounting operations for multiple entities for general ledger and coordinating with teams including accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Coordinate and reviewing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries. Prepare and presenting financial reports to management and other stakeholders. Reconciling In-house banking statement with counterpart claims. Issuing and posting invoices against counterparties. Resolving client’s queries.

 Reconciling intercompany transactions on a regular basis. Assist with the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close including responsibility for successful close of assigned entities. Assisting Project Managers and providing updates on cost incurred on their respective projects.  Posting accruals every month for IC transactions.  Posting journal adjustments, Reclassification and transfers as per tax team's advice.  Preparing vendor reconciling statements.
