After 12 incredible years at Shell Canada, I’m thrilled to transition into a full-time role as the CEO of Your Key Rental Management, a company I co-founded while balancing a rewarding career in human resources. This next chapter allows me to fully dedicate my energy and expertise to growing Calgary's leading short-term rental management company and elevating the industry standard.At Shell, I gained a wealth of experience in human resources, including talent and performance management, recruitment, HR data analytics, collective bargaining (serving as bargaining lead), and industrial relations. I had the privilege of working within a highly matrixed multinational organization, facilitating workshops and leadership interventions, and managing diverse, cross-business stakeholders—all while navigating complex challenges with a self-motivated, solutions-driven approach. My time at Shell also included an expatriate assignment and several high-profile deliverables that honed my ability to deliver results under pressure.While my professional career grew at Shell, I was also building Your Key Rental Management into Calgary’s highest-rated and most successful short-term rental management company. Managing over 20,000 nights annually, partnering with Marriott Homes & Villas, and developing Calgary’s first dedicated short-term rental facility, we’ve become the trusted choice for property owners and guests alike.Now, as I fully step into my role as CEO, I’m excited to focus entirely on scaling the business, supporting our team, and delivering unmatched value to our clients.
