I have been in the Hospitality and Food/Beverage industry for 15+ years, I took 4 years off to join the military and successfully with a honorable discharged. I have learned to cook from my grandmother and my father at a young age. I don't have a favorite dish that I feel is me but I'm willing to try anything new.I went to school for culinary arts and successfully completed the courses and went on to better my career underneath some great chefs and want to continue that career by traveling the country and learning different aspects of every dish that is made and the history behind it.As I continue that career, a long the road I have stopped to continue my education in media communications through Full Sail University to pursue the career of maybe one day become a food blogger or educator and teach young adults what I have learned.
