Current* Hiring, Developing, and Nurturing a team of 15+ officers and team leads.*Utilizing data-driven approaches and implementing feedback mechanisms to improve the productivity of systems and officers. Conducting regular training sessions to address skill gaps and optimize performance.*Collaborating with the management team to set strategic goals and targets. Monitoring progress towards goals and milestones, and making adjustments as needed to ensure success.*Working to simplify health and term insurance enrollment by streamlining processes from product comparison to policy issuance. Implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction by addressing user pain points.*Collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience through the implementation of new features and functionalities that meet user needs and preferences.*Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with insurance partners to drive mutual success. Collaborating on setting new targets and improving processes to enhance user experience. Working closely with partners to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the insurance market.*In close coordination with the compliance team, ensuring adherence to all regulatory rules and requirements by both the team and the system.
