Responsible for Credit Risk Management of the entire bank, monitor the Credit facilities at portfolio level and account level in the entire bank and submit reports to the Chief Risk Officer and different Committees and ascertain the completeness and the accuracy of the documentation of credit facilities, submit a report on Adherence to special covenants/comments to the different Committees, submit credit risk reports/industry reports to the Credit Committee and Integrated Risk Management Committee, evaluating Environmental and Social Due Diligence of customers.

Preparation of annual budget and Monthly Progress reports for the business unit, assisting to develop and manage administrative, financial, physical and staff resources and solve administrative problems, Leading, managing and developing staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information to the management, Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, and advice to the management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement, achieving financial and non-financial targets set for the business unit and assisting to formulate business strategies to achieve the targets while maintaining and enhancing credit portfolio of Metropolitan branch.

Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with corporate and mid corporate customers and cater to their wide range of requirements, Canvass new customers, the preparation of financial and business analyses, credit proposals (loan submissions), memoranda and reports to Senior Management /Board of Directors, carrying out evaluation of proposals for the grant of credit facilities to suit to their requirements, reviews and restructure proposals, administration of credit facilities, arranging the execution of security documentation and generally managing the process from approval to settlement, the preparation of business plan / income budget for the Strategic Business Unit, restructuring/rescheduling the credit facilities of customers who are in financial distressed situation and revive the businesses, manage, motivate and develop Relationship Officers to deliver high level of service and to build positive business relationships.
