My passion in academia lies in business operations, strategy, organisational behaviour, leadership and organisational research. However, interdisciplinary connections among all subject areas and work-integrated learning are central in the classroom. Creating a learning environment where diverse cultures and backgrounds can learn together is essential in today’s interconnected world. My passion for research in organisational dynamics in higher education, change management and academic leadership is profound. The changing circumstances of academic identity further develops my curiosity to understand the culture of higher education where academic integrity is the norm.
