Providing reliable & cost-effective DNS solutions, Load Balancing techniques throughout the organization and customers via standards, best practices, simplified support models, automated processes, operational excellence & outstanding customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Accountable for Enterprise DDI services for the whole organization using Infoblox. Providing 3rd Level Support for IPAM/DDI requests, incidents & engineering projects. Management of IP addresses, DHCP and DNS using Infoblox appliances.  Providing centralized DHCP service using Infoblox with failover setup for all the sites of the organization.  Administrating DNS cache layers on the Linux servers using BIND DNS manually. Co-ordinate with domain registrar for managing internet domains for FIS and customers. Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery on DNS/DHCP/IPAM services space. Monitoring the performance and capacity of DNS/DHCP system components to ensure zero interruptions to the DNS and DHCP network services. Upgrade and maintaining the Infoblox DDI systems, researching on problems escalating where necessary to the QIP system vendor and apply fixes. Evaluate client requirements and provide support related to DNS/DHCP/IPAM for network implementations and operations.Skills Acquired: Hands on experience in installing and configuring different models of Infoblox hardware appliances. Failover DHCP service using Infoblox DHCP appliances for large scale environment. Conceptual DNS/DHCP Infrastructure design using Infoblox. Write technical notes, migration procedures, engineering reports. Upgrading Infoblox with latest code based on requirement.
