I have experience than 9.5 for working in Oil &Gas industry in Project management, Project execution, Construction management, Mechanical piping construction, LNG Plant piping, Refineries construction, Tank terminals projects, Chemical projects, all these main mega projects establishment include pipeline activities, and involved in Quality control , Piping, Equipment’s, Tanks, Vessels,  Fabrication/Erection, installation, testing activities, Steel Structure fabrication/assembly/Erection, Detailing engineering drawings, Engineering Co-ordination, Shutdown work, Pre-Commissioning, Planning and Documentation all related project site activities.

· Planning and executing activities in the respective area to ensuring the completion of scope of work within stipulated time, cost & quality.· Spearheaded on-site fabrication, erection & commissioning of steel structure, piping, equipment’s and effectively utilization of available resource to achieving maximum output.· Reviewing & coordinating with vendor’s deliverables such as engineering drawings, technical specification and cost estimation for installation & commissioning of materials & equipment.· Planning the materials, mapping & developing the vendors and regular follow-ups to achieve timely procurement & delivery with cost effective manner for smooth execution of projects.· Actively supporting to execution of project planning, details, procurement and quality control and assurance.· Preparing Work Permit System with Job safety assessment, ISO, TPM and PSM to follows at plant to monitor and maintaining quality standard and documentations.· Managing key issues related to shut down and breakdown and coordinating with all concern stakeholders.· Keep on Updating & Monitoring project schedules; resolving and escalating issues and facilitating review processes.· Preparing & reviewing contractor RA running bills and facilitating timely payments.· Preparing technical contract terms & Conditions for awarding to new site in the mechanical domain.· Reviewing Piping Layout, Procuring Materials, and Planning, fabrication, erection and hydrostatic testing of all pipelines. (IBR, SS, CS, GI, FRP, PVDF, PTFE, MS-PTFE and HDPE).· Planning, implementing and executing of planned and unplanned maintenance activities in the plant along with optimum utilization of resource, time, cost and quality.· Planning, timely executing and PSSR of shutdown activities in the annual shutdown of the plant.

ADANI-TOTAL (LNG IMPORT STROAGE REGASIFICATION TERMINAL PROJECT)Spearheaded in planning, procurement, reviewing, monitoring, fabrication, erection, and installation, commissioning of steel structure, equipment’s and all piping.· Led the planned & unplanned onshore activities such as planning, scheduling, executing and recording for analysis.· Planning, procurement, fabrication, erection & Commissioning of Pipe rack & Piping materials as per plan drawing & Isometric drawings such as CS, SS, LTCS,PTFE, HDPE, its onshore project.· Develop Cutting Plan for structural, cryogenic and Non- cryogenic Pipe Supports and Overseeing Fabrication and installations. Ensure and Verify execution Work Should be done as Per Planned Schedule with Quality and Safety Norms.· Making of a Lifting Plans for Pipe Erection, Equipment, including tandem Lifting for all heavy Spools Lifting and Erection. Work with Life Protection Rules Zero Tolerance and HSE safety policy.· Take spools clearance, ISO clearance, Mechanical clearance, QC clearance, hydro-test, pneumatic test, line flashing, box up and hand over to operation department.· Awareness of material like CS, SS and Alloy steel piping. Awareness of Drawing like GAD, ISO, spools sheet, Plot plan, P&ID, Pipe supports drawing. Co-ordinate and follow up with Vendor and Contractor Check and Verify Billing quantity of contractor.· Ensuring Projects Material as Per Specification and inspect Piping Received as Site as per drawing Specification, Prepare incoming Material inspection report. Awareness of piping Class, Fabrication and Erection procedure and flow the ITP.· Prepare Method Statements for Piping installation Job Safety analysis, HIRA and Test Reports.· Selection and Issue of require materials as per the ASME, ASTM Drawing and codes.· Resolution of site problems and requests. Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety.
