As a Technical Architect, I engage in solutioning Full stack Applications, Omni channel REST APIs that are being deployed in AWS, Azure, Google & Redhat Openshift Container Platform.Actively providing solution based on Open Source frameworks, participating in doing POCs, demos and negotiations with prospective clients. Involve in sizing and estimation of Cloud, Resourcing needs for SDLC. Since I have a strong background of Storage Virtualization at Sun Microsystems, the understanding of the Cloud principles, geo replication, automated backup and recovery and DR solutioning are by default part of my plans.Hands on with Kubernetes PODs, , Search, Caching, Data Pipelines for ETL, backup and recovery.Engaging in estimation of Cloud Migration activities for Retail, Banking, QSR.Provide innovative thought process in hiring the right talents based on the Customers' project requirements. Engage in end to end delivery, regular review meetings.Start with Sales proposal, budget discussions, signing SOW, engage right talents and review of the progress on a internal daily/weekly meetings and bi-weekly Executive meetings with Customer.Mitigate risks in delivery , handle escalation and do RCA for slippage in delivery, resource transformation for new engagement, training new recruits in required technology.Engage in review of performance both half yearly and annually and run performance improvement and also fire if there is no improvement even after sufficient training and guidance is provided. Provide guidelines, define Goals both individual, organizational, project-wise to empower the team.Monitor progress of team and provide constant feedback to ensure smooth delivery.
