CurrentSupervised and performance managed 11 member talent acquisition team.Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Utilizes various channels to find and attract potential candidates.Reviews resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.Assesses candidates through interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.Facilitates negotiations on compensation and terms of employment.Manages Applicant Tracking System for efficient recruitment process tracking.Get requirements from Account Managers and understand the need of client and discuss doubts with Account Manager associated with requirement, after that I create a complete job description which I can share with candidates.Fulfilling the need of clients and also involve with team members and if they help to create Boolean search, Resume Sourcing from different resources like Mass-Mail through (JobDiva ATS), Job Boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and etc.) and Social Sites (LinkedIn Recruiter) and other activities related to Submission.Screening Candidates according to client needs and also take submission details required by client, rate Confirmation, RTR (Right to Represent) from candidates over the email and double check details with candidates over call and submit to Account Manager associated with requirement in desire submission format of client.Coordinate with candidates to schedule the interviews and follow-up with account/sales managers and candidates to make the event successfully.Update and maintain the status of candidates of submissions and interviews on JobDiva (ATS) and online Excel sheet, and make some notes in comment section when required.Recruiter do their best in achieving business goals eventually knowing that recruitment is a thankless job.
