I was working with the bank in the position of Branch Manager for the last six years till April, 2011 when I left the bank. During my tenure with the bank, I have had opportunities to work in various departments of the bank which has helped me hone my knowledge and skills in various work areas of the bank. I have had several opportunities for trainings related to leadership development, sales skills development, customer service, presentation skills, managerial skill etc. The trainings have, in one hand, helped me a lot to develop my skills and in another hand have empowered and groomed me to take up greater challenges. Along with my banking work experience, I also carry a teaching experience of two and half years. I used to teach English in Mount Annapurna Boarding School, in Pokhara before I joined the bank.
