• Working on new consultants resumes and making necessary changes so that their resumes get shortlisted. • Marketing of own w2 (OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, USC, H1B) consultants as well as third party H1b consultants for various suitable requirements. • Formatting consultants resumes as per the requirement for better present ability to clients/Vendors depending on comfort levels of consultants. • Appling different strategies in marketing consultant resumes (like using portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch etc., broadcasting hotlists/resumes to tier 1 • Vendors/Prime vendors, Using Groups and references) to place them with minimum turnaround time. • Negotiating the rates and billing terms (Net 30/Net 45) with Vendors/Clients. • Bringing the new consultants on to the bench with references of existing consultants. • Maintain a good rapport with consultants and making them aware about submissions, • Vendor calls and interviews from Vendors/Clients and preparing them accordingly. • Following up with interviews for interview feedback, MSAs and PO’s. • Following up with consultants and Hiring managers/Vendors before and on start date to ensure both parties are happy. • Excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, C2H, W2 and 1099.

• Experience in Complete sales cycle management i.e., right from submitting a proposal to Paperwork. • Responsible for marketing our own H1 and EAD consultants by using internal database, personal contacts, vendor partnerships, posting their profiles in various internet job boards, referrals and various internet groups. • Search jobs in different Job portals for our consultant and post them accordingly. • Place our H1B/ W2 employee to the direct client's/Preferred Vendors. Update their resumes time to time. • Experience in sourcing resume through networking, referrals, job posting. • Correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and perform initial phone screening. • Ensure availability of back up resources in the event of candidate back-outs for key positions or any emergencies. • Negotiating the compensation packages. • Maintain daily & Weekly status lists of all activities through MS-Excel • Recruiting experience in long term/Contract Consulting positions. • Source through various techniques like Internet tools, Referrals and Database etc. • Daily coordination of candidate resumes, submittals, interviews, closures, and sales recruiting tracking. • Understanding and analyzing the requirements of different skill sets. • Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the H1B, OPT, CPT /bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time. • Marketing H1B, OPT, CPT/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements. • Preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required. • Broadcasting the consultant’s profile to Vendors on regular basis. • Negotiate the rate and billing terms and sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners. • Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.
