Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring all safety, productivity and quality objectives are achieved.• Effectively plans and organizes work objectives, goals, priorities and defines employee roles and responsibilities.• Planning & Monitoring Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective Maintenance activities of plant machinery and Hotmelt system. Provides training for operators in optimal changeovers procedures. • Prepare the PM check sheets & execute accordingly. Responsible for Row material closing monthly & weekly. • Run the machine to get the Good Quality of product.

Maintained existing manufacturing processes and improved where necessary to ensure quality in finished product.• Train and develop Production Operators and team members on applicable equipment and safety protocols.• Produce work orders for tooling and equipment.• Recorded equipment setup changes and major adjustments in logbook for upcoming shift supervisors.• Sustained highest quality and fastest output on all machines through familiarization and test runs.• Worked alongside maintenance to ensure proper placement and spacing of guards congruent to conveyor belts.• Identified manufacturing issues and recommended corrective actions to resolve ongoing problematic areas.
