As an Art Director in this company, I have to able to:- Adapting the visual identity characters for each campaign from different clients.- Doing research on visual preferences based on the visual identity from the clients and target audience.- Determining visual preferences from client when needed.- Generate ideas/concept based on available creative direction- Producing sketches, storyboards, and visual guideline (for company, for clients, and for an event)- Present design to clients and/or creative director- Coordinate activities with other artistic workers and vendors- Manage graphic designers, looking for outsourced designers candidate if necessary.- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by vendors
