My responsibilities include investigating and responding to incidents in Asia and Europe under my management and as per the direction of the Global CISO. Specifically, my responsibilities include: • Leading, managing, and tracking investigations on my own and at the direction of Global CISO, including data analysis, interviewing, and planning investigative activities;• Reviewing hotline email, security risk escalations, and other hotlines;• Liaising with SOC, operational, and regional security personnel related to investigations, including data collection, interviewing and other investigative activities;• Producing and editing incident response, summary, weekly, monthly and annual reports related to incidents in the EWAP and CEMEA regions as needed; • Some travel related to investigations throughout Asia and potential in Europe;• Assisting in the production of reports to the Global Security Council and the executive board;• Providing strategic direction to operational and security personnel to develop remedial and corrective actions in response to incidents; and,• Other incident response tasks as required. This may include activities outside normal operational hours.

Leading the Security program for USA sites including the following responsibilities -o Align current business processes with client requirements and external security standards/obligations such as Visa PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, BITS, etc.o Identifying and remedying security deficiencies and gaps with business suitable controlso Worked with global security team in the creation of policies, procedures, or guidelines to ensure the security and privacy of information and computer systems for Teleperformance.o Reviewed Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and other contracts for security obligations and identify areas of exposureo Served as liaison between operations and management to maximize the adoption of and support for security plans and procedures within the organization.o Recommended physical security controls and processeso Served as primary liaison between the organization’s clients and security auditors, concerning information security and privacy incidents, laws, and policies.o Conducted Risk Assessment including but not limited to Fraud Risk Assessmento Identified and lead the appropriate subject matter experts to participate in the identification and analysis of risk scenarioso Participated in BCP/DR related activities for USA siteso Conduct Perimeter Firewall and Secure Data Environment Firewall & Router rule reviews on quarterly basis for all Teleperformance US Sub locations including USA, India and Philippines. The Rule review report is sent to Networking team for comments and clarification and implementing recommended changes.o Member of Teleperformance USA Security Incident response teamo Conducted Ad-hoc risk assessments for business requests coming from clients and internal teams.
