Production planning & Follow-up5.Sourcing for trims for the new season from the market6. New trims development7. Fabric sourcing from market for new design development8. Assisting senior designer for completion of various projects namely making season design matrix, projection of saleble styles, making product files for all departments KHAKI, DLT, SUITS & SHIRTS9.Market survey & study of diffrent brands of diffrent competitor brands for evaluating the product positioning & pricing of brands10.Arranging advertising & shoot sample and sending them to the booking venue for LFR / MBO & EBO booking11.Create new fits for the season & upgrade / modify the existing fits by customer study & survey12.Coordination with vendors for trims development13.Archiving of Styles in form of samples, soforts and images14.Preparation of Spec Sheets for various categories15.Maintaining color Books, Swatch Books etc.16.Sundry assignments to aid design development function given by Sr.Designer from time to time.
