We specialize in technology and digitalization for both corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) sectors, supported by a pan-India partner network.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Owner and SPO for hunting and farming for new Business for all business lines and reporting to CEO of the company Developing untouched digital, cloud software and data space & Surveillance product business from scratch Facilitating cloud ERP & CRM with Digital Services for adoption of new customers Engage with ZBH/RSMs to execute Zonal business strategies with product/ tech teams Go-to-market business plan for Demand and Supply development with adoption of cloud & surveillance business Farming and enablement of Channel partners, alliance associations with company revenue target Leadership, Strategic Planning and Team Management: Managing a dedicated sales team to sales quota targets, including achieving sales objectives ensuring alignment and execution of sales operation programs within the region Conduct periodic review with team and partner Eco-system to monitor the execution of their business plan Defining market development plans in line with country sales plans
