Responsible for managing daily WH operations (inbound inventory and outbound operations) of Bangalore.Taking care of employees’ Safety at the workplace Maintaining the 5s at the warehouse Ensured process adherence & maintenance of SLA of WHPlanning mid-mail vehicles and vehicle utilizing Manpower Planning & as per business PlanCoordination with Multiple Stakeholders (Demand, Central, Planning, Tech)Ensuring Pilots & coordination with Stakeholders for the Implementation of new Processes & Process efficiency
