• Manage assigned aircraft/engine induction and redelivery projects to ensure completion within scheduled timelines and budgets.• Manage assigned aircraft and engine physical inspections and documentation review prior to induction or redelivery of aircraft and engines.• Liaise and coordinate with lessor representatives to achieve desired aircraft and engine, induction and redelivery project targets in view of extracting maximum benefits for the company.• Coordinate and manage lessor aircraft record inspections efficiently and effectively in view of building technical confidence with asset owners or lessors.

Assisted to manage the Continuing Airworthiness of Airbus A320 Airframe/Structures chapters along with the V2500 Engine Nacelle Structures of FitsAir Airbus A320 fleet.

Supported & contributed to manage the Continuing Airworthiness of the Airbus A320 & A330 fleet of the Sri Lankan Airlines, under the supervision of the experienced technical services engineers of the national airline.
