I'm part of Evolute Group's Senior Leadership Team for the formulation of Vision & Strategy charter and propel business network with global business partners to grow business. As part of my role, I plan and lead Concepts, Design & Communications for both new product launches and brand extensions.By leveraging my skills, I formulate diversification strategies for the company, covering things like region, culture, demography, consumer insights, etc.In addition to this, I expand the export business; increase profits in the net new sales division by reducing discounts, increasing deal sizes, and increasing deal velocity. Furthermore, I am responsible for driving a forward integration strategy for EFIN's migration from hardware to a product and solution business operating under the HAAS, SAAS, and PAAS business models.My experience includes leading the development of front-to-end digital and automated processes and incubating Software Solutions & Digital Financial Services Businesses. Leveraging the skills gained, I implement culture change interventions to embed culture priorities in the way of working and facilitate workshops with senior leaders.

With this role, I focused on delivering customized products to the Government of India covering aspects such as cashless India, Aadhar, and Financial Inclusion. Aside from this, strategically contributed to building manufacturing in India, which covered infrastructure setup, and exported the products to 35-40 countries in addition to supporting to create after-sales support division.Led the company to grow multi fold. A differentiated India and export strategy was developed while streamlined market research and formulating long-term strategies.Using the skills gained, I nurtured strong relationships, managed key accounts, devised and executed annual business plans for Business Development & Sales on a regular basis, and built robust & autonomous processes across the organization.

With the support of cross-functional team members, I conceptualized innovative product initiatives for EVOLUTE Group's FinTech division (BFSI start-up).As a result of the skills gained, I delivered products by building the base, and expanded the export business; received a promotion to AVP, Mumbai in 2015.During this period, I worked closely with the R&D and Technology teams to design the products, make further improvements, test them, and roll them out (Go-Live) for the identified markets and customersThe products facilitated business access to useful and affordable financial inclusion products (Aadhaar) and services that meet their needs, such as eKYC-based account opening, deposits, withdrawals, savings, credit, and insurance, all delivered responsibly and sustainably.
