My responsibilities was to start operations in India & Sri Lanka region. It's quite challenging but an interesting role. Was focused on conceptualized technology solution to promote "Dialight's leading edge product basket solution it's all about LED lighting" ! Dialight is very much successful & popular in US, Europe & Asia Pacific regions for last 76 years. In last five months potential distributors on board @ WR,NR & ER. As well in process to convert key end users from sectors like O&G, R&P, Chem-Pharma into our fold. So far so good ... Excited & look forward !!.

Was responsible for C&S business operations as an entreprenurship level. Streamlined C&S(BU) operations in India with substantial growth from zero level with span of 3 yrs. Developed hardcore distributors for product promotions in all the regions. Handled wide spectrum by taking add on responsibility of Sri Lanka & Middle East region. Was leading a team of Account Managers for C&S sales growth,managing relationships with EPC's, Endusers, DCS's, top executives, key industry leaders in all vertical sectors & business partners.

Was responsible for Industrial Components business in West India consists of Maharashtra & Goa states. Developed new sales teams & channels. As well developed potential OEM's & SI's in West Region.
