 Spearheading Finite Element Analysis of aero engine components- mainly Turbine blades and nozzles Leading processes for automation of temperature & pressure mapping for full flight cycle mission Conducting Static, Modal, Creep, RT Static after Creep and Elastio Plastic Analysis for LPT blades  Working on study of crystal orientation by conducting modal analysis and results validation Steering the processes related to wear margin assessment for LPT blades and results validation Ensuring delivery of world class performance for all projects  Supervising APDL and VBA macro creation for automation in pre and post processing steps  Undertaking analytical assessment of program models followed by development/optimization to meet targets Communicating frequently with all project disciplines to ensure that both, the project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues Implementing performance enhancements and further tuning/development for process efficiencies Working with highly motivated and experienced engineers within domain while learning about and developing new design concepts & procedures  Conducting knowledge sharing sessions for team members

 Carried out bearing and section strength checks for lugs, shear & bending strength checks for Pins as per BA standard. Performed joint analysis for different failure modes like Tension, Shear, Interaction and bearing checks as per BA standard. Sound knowledge on FE modeling by using HYPERMESH V12. Proficient in finite element analysis (FEA) by using and ANSYS and MSC.PATRAN / NASTRAN 2013 for Normal mode, Linear static and Buckling analysis. Prepared detailed technical analysis reports of various projects. Certified course on Ansys and Catia software.
