Responsible for the coordination and organization as a QA/QC Engineer works in the project. Duties include Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ for various welding process, Preparation of Quality Acceptance Procedures, Interacting with Third Party Inspection Agencies and Customers Welding inspection carried out by NDT methods such as VT, LPT, MPT, UT & RT, Knowledge of API 650, ASME Section II, V, VIII, IX, B31.1,B31.3,B16.5 AWS D1.1, Knowledge of Internal auditing ISO 9001-2008 and IMS, Experience in oil and gas and power plant piping erection. Coordinate with TPI and Client for inspection activities as per approved ITP. Preparing reports and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final dossier. Inspection of Material and verify the Test certificates prior to Fabrication as per approved drawing. Checking the marking, cutting, edge preparation. Coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure that the works conforms to the plans, project specifications and completion date. I have excellent knowledge in welding. Attend technical and construction meeting and reporting directly to QA/QC Manager or project Manager.I believe that I could make significant contribution to your firm.
