I am a Master’s student in Chemical Engineering at Monash University, with a focus on food engineering and bioprocessing. My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, where I specialized in oil, fat, and surfactant technology. Through this, I developed strong technical skills in process design, sustainability, and tools like Aspen Plus and Microsoft Excel. My research and development experience has strengthened my analytical abilities and problem-solving approach.My current focus is on applying chemical engineering principles to sustainable food production and bioprocessing, exploring ways to tackle global food challenges with innovative solutions.I also serve as a Residential Advisor at Monash University. This leadership role has provided me with opportunities to foster community, develop communication skills, and enhance my ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
