1) Brokerage and Commission Process -- Working in brokerage and commission process specifically in Foreign Exchange.- Reaching out to brokers for discrepancies and ensuring prompt follow up and resolve the trade queries proactively. Coordinate and attending meetings with clients.- Performing reconciliation and analyzing the brokerage amount analyzing and investigating mismatches thoroughly and ensure correctness manually if any discrepancy found.Calculating the brokerage fees, resolving all the discrepancies and breaks of the invoices, performing different activities such as Tracking,Validation,Allocation. Communicating with global parties for better resolution.2) Agreement Management Process -- Performing end to end activities in agreement management profile starting from initiating agreements to reviewing and executing.-Working with internal teams and getting resolution for the execution of the agreement.
