During the process, jobs are analyzed and evaluated and job titles and wages negotiated with the unions.  Sourcing the valid profiles through the Job portals like Monster, Jobserve, database software like Recruit Plus and also from social networking sites like LiknedIn.com as per the Job Specification and screened the Profiles. For posted/advertised vacant positions ensures the manager provides a job description.  Writes the posting/advertisement from the job description. Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference. Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience, salary and daily rate negotiation/salary Expectations/Notice Period, Nationality/Visa Status etc. To send the screened profiles to Delivery manager for further short listing. Following up with the candidates from till they complete the rounds of Interview Experience in closing Vanilla as well as Niche requirements shared by clients. Experience in hiring contract staff and permanent Staff. Maintaining Daily and Weekly reports.
