Current● Client Onboarding and KYC Updation of Individual Clients (Checking KYC Forms / documents of Clients as per KYC checklist, IPV etc.) ● Handling modification of demographic details / signatory details / bank details of individuals.● Handling of post modification compliance of sending emails / courier.● Handling audit of accounts opened, modifications carried.● Keeping a track of DIS Register and courier dispatch of DIS and other booklets.● Updation of booklet serial numbers in Back Office and NSDL system● Preparing and upload of KYC set of forms and documents for upload to KRA and CKYC● Tracking the approval of KYC on KRA and CKYC● Following up with clients for pending documents if any and upload the same to KRA and CKYC for approval.● Handling entry and execution of day to day DIS, pledge and other types of instructions● Download of speed-e instructions and upload to NSDL system.● Scanning of DIS and other instruction and upload to NSDL systemTracking of GAP reports to ensure compliance of scanning deadlines.● Responding to client queries over phone and emails promptly.● Updation of backoffice software on daily basis.● Generation of Client bills and sending the periodic bills on email.● Working on neuron for the registration of clients.● Handling the KYC Operations team of 8 people.● Query resolution for 150 + Partners, 2000+ Franchisees, 50+ Branches’s as well as clients via different means of communication (calls/ emails/ whatsapp).● Handling KYC Rejection team and getting accounts opened within TAT● Team meetings for the discussions and process improvement of KYC Operations.● MIS reporting of Operations team.● Updating the Management about the MIS of team members.
