Senior Manager - Vendor Operations
CurrentManaging the following functions:1) TEAM MANAGEMENT:* Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions with direct reportees.* Create performance plan for team members as per their skill-set & guide them to achieve their career goals.* Create and implement process improvement.* Manage performance of associates through effective virtual 1:1 meetings, coaching, and training.* Monitors schedule adherence of direct reportees.* Drive performance by identifying areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.* Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the policies and how it impacts customer experience.* Proactively supports, encourages and facilitates staff to engage in continuous improvement activities.2) SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:* Overseeing the development of sales and marketing for Tirupati Bizlink LLP.* Identifying sales leads and signing in new contracts with new vendors.* Maintaining a good working relationship with existing and new vendors.* Providing approval for proposed monthly rate card for all existing and new vendors.* Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.* Planning and preparing presentations.* Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions with reporting managers of Finance team, Accounts Receivable team and Inventory team.* Planning and approving the budget for advertising products in all categories.* Writing reports and providing management with feedback and suggestions.* Writing Standard Operating Procedures for the company.3) CUSTOMER ESCALATION:* Addressing all customer queries personally by calling them directly or over emails with strong customer-centric approach.* Provide assistance to Legal team to address legal notices filed by unhappy customers.* Personally handle escalation to VP & accounts of key customers to make sure that support quality is at par.* Maintain Customer Query Book and provide update to VP and Finance Controller.
