As a Computer Engineer and founding partner of a multi-million dollar industrial software company, I have experience in all areas of industrial automation. From writing software to working as Chief Operating Officer I have first-hand knowledge of building a company from the ground up. Not only have I written device drivers and embedded systems control software, but I have developed business plans, pursued venture capital, negotiated contracts and partnerships and managed marketing campaigns. I am interested in and very familiar with all aspects of industrial control and factory automation.My most recent work has been as an Expert Witness on several large software piracy cases, producing final reports that, in at least one case, went over 200 pages. I have been consulted on a software copyright infringement dispute, have participated in depositions and even been deposed myself.In between software piracy cases, I have been developing software to analyze large C++ applications and identify all classes and functions and produce graphical maps of the application's internals. This will not only be useful in looking for software piracy but is a great tool to help discover useful parts of Open Source software projects.
