CurrentI have recently opted for semi-retirement but am keeping open to opportunities wherein which I can work with a company to help them optimize their manufacturing and product development.I have demonstrated skill and experience in test reduction, eliminating redundancy and analyzing results at each stage of product development to confirm that testing is optimized for each stage of the process. I enjoy fine tuning production lines, improving operator test processes and assembly interfaces and helping maintain consistency through production while eliminating unnecessary effort, processes and testing. I have written white papers on Test Reduction processes and how to analyze a system to achieve this without impacting product quality or final product end user experience.I would enjoy the opportunity to work with a company to improve their Production processes, reduce their costs, unnecessary testing efforts and also train others in what I've learned over more than 20 years in Manufacturing so that what I've learned can be passed on to more people. I no longer need any job security from being one of the few who knows how to do this and would enjoy improving products and processes for the right company, perhaps in a Consulting role.
