I’m fascinated by people, organisations and how they work and this has been a driving force for me throughout my career from a senior leader within the media industry through to a consultant and learning development specialist. I spent the earlier part of my career working my way up through management positions within large corporations and medium size media and advertising businesses, always with a core focus on improving individuals, teams and company performance. Four years ago I decided that my passion for people and organisational development would be better realised by devoting my career to it completely. I am now a qualified, experienced and accredited coach and facilitator who’s had the privilege of working with companies across a variety of sectors including Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Global Radio, WPP, Publicis Group, IPSOS MORI and Dennis Publishing.I’m interested in anything related to increasing the enjoyment of work and ultimately improving performance with specialist expertise in leadership development, team building, executive coaching, sales training, personal effectiveness and client relations.

One of the core motivations throughout my career has been my passion for the development of organisations and their people. This has been enhanced throughout my time as a leader and consultant for world class organisations including Time Warner, IPC Media, Haymarket Publishing, Publicis Group, Associated Newspapers, Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Deutsche Bank.As the founder and Managing Director at TDHC, I am ultimately responsible for the well-being of both our clients and our people and take great pride in the consistently high standard of work that the company delivers. I am a qualified coach and facilitator which is combined with a mix of extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of how to engage, motivate and support people and organisations. His qualifications include a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AOEC - accredited by the AC, ICF and EMCC and his specialist areas of expertise include, 1-1 Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Communication & Sales Skills, Team Building and Management Training.When asked about his personal motivations his response is: “ …..the capacity for change and development that our clients have not only as both organisations and individuals is phenomenal.
