Develop, review and update the preventive maintenance program of all Silo 100-150 KL, Oil free compressors 110 KW ,Pneumatic Conveying system (blopot 1500 L), bucket elevators , high-speed sack spinning system, resin mixtures, admixture (VAT 15KLx4) wellheads, pipelines, and facilities including major rotating equipment using performance, vibration, breakdown history and/or manufacturer recommended maintenance intervals as requiredDiagnose breakdown problems in the plant and carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faultsMaximize and efficiently run all utilities – costs saving and sustainability benefitsEnsure Health & Safety standards are improved and maintained – risk assessments/safety tours/contractor controlsContinuous improvement actions and measures to reduce costs and maximize plant capacityPrepare Daily maintenance reports and analyze to minimize machine downtimeMonitor and record utility consumption and assist production manager to maintain efficiencyDaily coordination with technical team and reviewing preventive maintenance planTrack equipment spares inventory, maintain sufficient inventories, and accurate records and place orders when necessaryPlan and oversee all machine and utility installation activitiesEstablish preventive maintenance scheduled and recording system to minimize major breakdowns and lost production time.
