Handling Spa Operation in W Hotel Vagatour, Brand management spa by Clarins , day to day operation, sales and marketing,

 Responsible for all the day to day operations of International Spa, Ayurveda Spa and BeautyParlor. Responsible to provide wellness consultation for the guest under the wellness programs. Organize result-oriented training programs for all the levels of spa staff. Monitoring customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards. Lead and motivate employees to the level of service that exceeds all guests’ expectations byfacilitating team work. Spa staff recruitment Participate in and promote marketing activities as assigned Inventory management Monitoring consumption of spa products for store loss prevention Establishing and meeting budget and financial goals of spa

Reporting to Business Head Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa's operation.• Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.• Ensuring all tasks in the new spa set up or Spa operation's POP (Pre Opening Plan) are completed to ensure a successful opening according to International Brand Standards. • Ensuring consistent spa/wellness experiences among the staff so that Brand standard and uniqueness is maintained. • Monitoring and analyzing the products and services of competitive spas, to maintain a competitive advantage.• Overseeing the retail outlets located in the hotel and maintaining high delivery of standards to the guests in order to drive revenue. • Providing management with creative ideas to project and enhance the image of the Spa• Develop and maintain gracious and efficient front desk procedures.• Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards..• Implementing and monitoring up-selling strategies to maximize Spa revenue. • Attend Management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa.• Ensuring that colleagues strictly enforce all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations within the Spa/Recreation area to ensure guests and colleagues safety.• Ensuring regular seasonal and refresher training to spa and health club staff.• Briefing assistants in daily, weekly and monthly meetings in day to day operations.

•Managing the coordination with Hotel and company as per contract. •Attend management meetings and convey the all information to spa staff and company.•Managing the outdoor schedules & tie-ups with major corporate and implementing sales promotional strategies.•Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of SPA management including menu-planning.•Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.•Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients. •Planning and executing all pre-opening activities, including staff recruitment for all levels of the spa.

•Preparation and monitoring of SPA budgets and responsible for sales, costs and inventory control. •Developing and implementing procedures for maintaining hygiene and quality standards.•Managing the outdoor schedules & tie-ups with major corporate and implementing sales promotional strategies.•Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of SPA management including menu-planning.•Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.•Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients. •Planning and executing all pre opening activities, including staff recruitment for all levels of the spa.

• Over all In-charge of spa operations.• Defined and met the budget for the spa along with the P&L statement.• Assisting the human resources department in recruitment and monitor relevant staff for their specific operations and trained according to spa standard. • Responsible for purchase of spa products and supplies• Tracking the foot falls. • Formulating policies and procedures for improving the performance and operations of the spa in liaison with the General Manager and Karma spa wellness curator. • Educating team on anatomy, client care and body analysis.• Standard set and importance. • Training on Ayurvedic, Western Massages, Beauty and Body care therapies. • Preparing guest feedback and handling the complaints.

• Provide consistent professional spa treatments and yoga therapies compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices. • Handle guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely. • Help in all areas of spa operation as requested by organization.
