STRIDE provided end-to end process and system transformation that enable the provision of accurate, transparent and timely information to shareholder regulator and management.Responsibility in details:• To understand the project requirement.• To Understand BASEL II & RWA related impact during UAT testing. • Preparing Test Strategy document, Test plan and test cases.• To understand the business rules involved.• Analyzing test result and defects for finding root cause.• Analysis of requirement as per the business test case.

In this we do reconciliation between accounting(IAS) side and custody side(CMS)• We post transaction and journal entry on accounting using different tax code and prepare balance sheet on US GAAP base which is accrual accounting method.• We also do processing in Mutual Fund, Boston commingle fund, Bank loan, STIF, SWAPS & OPTIONS, SWFIT messages, Asset not held (ANH) securities & monthly performance of the funds work on corporate action.• Make monthly calls with the onshore team.• My role is to do quality check for my processing. There are 6 Operation Executive whose work I check and monitor their work. I was also handling team in the absence of the team leader. • We also process statements and also do pricing for statements (hedged funds, commingle funds etc) and there are some vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, IDSI, S&P, IDC) who assign pricing and we need to contact them by emails. Reports we work on: 1) Finalization of the accounts2) Final Statements report3) Audited report 4) Monthly reporting In this process we have monthly TAT and accuracy.I am pilot batch processor for CARS. I was in Boston (USA) for 4 month to migrate the CARS process. It was good experience and exposure for me to understand the process.
