Erection and commissioning works. • Reporting periodically to Project Engineer; preparing PM reports.• Planning required up gradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.•Inspect and monitoring of Electrical & instrument support Installation,Electrical & instrument cable tray and cable ladder.•Inspection of Electrical & instrument cable pulling and Installation ofElectrical & instrument Equipment.• Various electrical testing like Continuity test, Earth continuity test, Polaritytest, Insulation test, Line-Earth loop impedance test, ELCB test, Phase rotation test.•Monitoring of Circuit Load Test to each line & record in test sheets.• Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all Electrical’ spare parts.• Ensuring the Plant & Contactor High Safety standards.• Maintain equipment status report, critical breakdown and energy consumption data.•Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annually operational reports.•Reporting to Engineer.• Conduct Tool Box Talks.• Testing and troubleshooting in House hold & Industrial wiring.• Maintenance, troubleshooting & Dressing of Distribution board in electrical installation.• Calibration & Maintenance of Fire and Gas System.• Preventive Maintenance checks and report for the Fire Alarm System in various plants and Offices.• Preventive Maintenance checks and report for the Fire Fighting system in plants and Offices. • Preparing PM reports, Check list, Task list, Method statement and Risk assessment for the work.•Plan installations by surveying and evaluating location.•Installation of new Fire Alarm Systems and Firefighting equipment uponrequirement•Supervision on sites.•Coordinating support activities effectively with team members in the pre –commissioning and commissioning activities, to follow up Permit to Work (PTW)-Procedures and HSE regulations.• Daily reporting to the Project Engineer• Testing cables laid for earth faults, insulation resistance.
