Dr. Dhanesh G. Mohan, Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Technology at the University of Sunderland, UK, leads a research lab on advancing AI-driven Net-Zero Manufacturing concepts. His primary research focuses on the design of novel alloys using AI, additive manufacturing, hybrid welding, and other advanced manufacturing processes. With over 14 years of academic experience, Dr. Mohan holds prestigious credentials as a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining (FIMMM), a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng).In addition to his research, Dr. Mohan plays a significant role in the academic publishing community, serving as an associate editor for journals such as Part E: Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering (Sage Publishing), International Journal on Interactive Design and Manufacturing (IJIDeM) (Springer), and Welding International (Taylor & Francis).
