CurrentTo perform chemical analysis of all raw materials like Limestone, Bauxite, Laterite, Iron Ore, Gypsum, Coal, and semi finished materials like Raw meal, Kiln feed, Clinker. Smooth running of FLS Automation Robo Lab including ARL XRF & XRD 9900 series , Thermo Cross Belt Analyser ,Sympatic Particle Size Distribution In the shift controlling the material handling activities including Clinker extraction, Clinker feeding & Raw material crushing etc. Good exposure to Quality Control Systems and Standards, BIS Procedures. Preparation of monthly reports both internal and external Checking bags quality. As a shift Chemist of QC, control shift activities including weigh feeder control by using X-Ray analyzer and FLS Automation System Analysis of water like Hardness, Chloride, T.D.S, Alakalinity and PH Includes raw water, Clarified water. Different Raw Material Pile Preparation Checking bag quality ( paper & poly ) and preparing report . Having some process knowledge regarding mill system and pyrosystem. Proximate analysis of coal & Petcoke. Physical analysis of Cement and Fly ash. Calibration Blain apparatus . Having some process knowledge regarding mill system and pyrosystem. Information and knowledge sharing with Electrical, Instrument & Mechanical maintenance department if any problem in shifts.
