Responsible for analysis and internal audit of financial results by honoring monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual SLAs for HNI clients and their families offices.Coordinate with multiple teams such as, Tax cost, Alternative Assets, Derivative, Pricing, Income, IRAS, Transition, and Asset coding teams in order to provide accurate valuation reporting to clients.Lead and manage a cluster that works on attending client queries related to Income, Trade, Corporate Actions, Cash Transactions, etc.Effectively managed critical escalations on priority.Develop deep and enduring relationship with account managers, relationship managers and other partner areas across globe to resolve accounting discrepancies, to review special procedures and complex transactions issues which arise in assigned clients in most efficient methods.Conduct monthly and annual audit of client portfolios and escalate critical exceptions within SLAs without compromising on quality benchmarks.Provide significant support to Investment risk analytics team for performance audit of the clients periodically.Review the work of junior analysts to ensure high quality audit standards and attain a zero POPP score for perfect audit packages.Expertise in researching and resolving accounting/business transactions and reporting queries, and confer with relationship managers to highlight policy or process issues.Ensure all the aspects pertaining to the audit sign offs are completed in a accurate manner and send daily compliance reports to the leadership.
