• Responsible for the overall galvanizing plant operations. • Monitoring and control production planning on daily basis, convert monthly planning into weekly and daily planning. Review the production status w.r.t dispatch plan and production target on daily basis.• Identifying the bottleneck of the process based on the data analysis. Generate the idea & action plans implement the approved action plans. Train to the plant personnel in order to ensure smooth operations with optimum efficiency. • Prepare Inspection & test plan for specific projects/company requirements/surface preparation and coating procedure. Monitor and control key process parameters which have impact on the product quality. Ensure best quality products are produce without any defects.• Ensure following the unloading and handling procedure of black material, acid or chemicals. Identifying any abnormality and take necessary steps to rectify those.• Plan for non-routine work, Preventive maintenance, carry out tool box talk on the respective work area before starting work.• Ensure safest workplace and safety in each and every operation of plant.• Monitoring daily housekeeping as per 5S housekeeping schedule. Train and guide the plant personnel about 5S system. • Take necessary steps to control absenteeism, communicate to personnel department for any unplanned absenteeism, manpower management during the absenteeism.• Prepare skill matrix to down line employees indentified the gap and train them. Checking the effectiveness of training during activity. To manage manpower and ensure efficient work from them.

• Heading the production Department (Fabrication, Galvanizing & Dispatch) responsible for achieving maximum utilization of equipment required for production including the action plan for non-conformance. Reporting to General Manager & during his absence, acting as General Manager reporting to Board of Directors. • Responsible for expanding production capacity including commissioning new machines & train new operators to operate the CNC machines as well as manual machines.• Conceptualizing and implementing process modifications for optimizing resource utilization and maximizing productivity and adapts automated systems for streamlining operations to enhance operational efficiency.• Adroitly developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force thereby enhancing productivity.• Delivering the projects within the given cycle time. • Implementing strategic vision and direction to project so as to meet the medium and long term objectives of the organization.• Providing the daily plans of production & dispatch as per project priority and man, machine availability.• Successfully achieving targeted monthly production of tower fabrication, galvanizing, hardware fittings & dispatch. • Designing internal controls and quality audit checks for various operational areas and verification of operational efficiency levels & recommending cost control measures for improvement in bottom-line performance.• Consistently maintaining safety in the process and equipment as well as with operating personnel. Developing and executing the best practices and standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence.• Addressing various internal issues aroused in the premises and resolving them to maintain cohesive working environment.• Corrective & preventive actions against internal NCR and customer complaints.

• Overall responsible for production galvanizing & quality control managing all operations & achieving maximum utilization of equipment for structural steel hot dip galvanizing as per customer requirement including the action plan for non-conformance. Reporting to Sr. Manager production & during his absence, acting as Sr. Manager reporting to Operations Head.• Prepare Inspection & test plan for specific projects/company requirements/surface preparation and coating procedure. Checking & confirm with the checklist prior processing for galvanizing.

• Reporting to Sr. Manager Production Galvanizing & supporting him in the function of production, planning, sequencing, load distribution, controlling rework rejection and tool consumption & Co-ordination with Fabrication & Dispatch department.• Responsible for achieving monthly production KPI & submitting monitoring reports for the management. Assign KRA to juniors and check periodically for their performance.

• Responsible for Shift Production Planning and allocation of raw material according to the plans allocated.• Responsible for completion of projects/billable lots within cycle time .• Responsible for achieving departmental KRA including reduction of cost of production per ton.
