• Helped to drive product and business strategy that resulted in annual revenue growth from $280M in FY2002 to $775M in FY2005, and profit growth of 389% per year, catapulting Avid to the top 5 companies on The Boston.
• Served as product/market expert resource for all product marketing managers. Conducted product training for field application editors and sales representatives on new products.
• Generated detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and Market Requirement Documents (MRD) as well as functional specs for engineering based on personal industry knowledge in combination with user and field feedback.

• Collaborated with product managers and product marketing managers on strategic business plan for Avid’s entry into a new lower cost market segment.
• Developed the first “software only” Avid system (Xpress DV).
• Visited key accounts and assisted in creating a new sales channel. Created demo scripts for field sales and trade shows. Created numerous testimonial videos and promos for the product for CD/web distribution.

• Launched the AudioVision product in Europe. Directly responsible for the sale and support of 85 UK based systems (approx. $ 6 Million revenue). Major customers included the BBC, Pinewood Studios, Shepperton Studios.
• Transitioned from Audio to Video products. Opened a new prosumer market for the company with the Xpress line.

Sound Editor and Mixer for a variety of commercials, programs and documentaries. Some credits include: tracklaying the South African pilot of "Tropical Heat", tracklaying and mixing of "Born to be Free" a documentary sequel to “Born Free”. Composed music for several commercials, radio spots, and documentaries.

Product specialist for the Synclavier and Post Pro digital audio workstations. Performed sound design, dialog editing, music scoring to video, film and radio as well as product demonstrations, on-site presales projects, training owners, testing new software, diagnostics and repair of systems, and general product support to the European customer base..

Director of the Tapeless Studio Course. Created classroom syllabus, lectures, exams, student lab program. Programmed for video post and music, provided recording engineering services and technical maintenance.

Worked as Chief Engineer and maintenance technician at this state of the art recording studio. Some credits include, Bobby Womack, Ringo Starr, Carl Perkins, Willie Nelson, John Williams and Bob Dylan. A pioneer of early digital audio systems and workflows.
