Duties :- As a Squad lead provide mentorship, guidance, and support to QA team.- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure efficient resource utilization.- Analyze both functional and user interface requirements of the assigned Jira board stories.- Design and execute end-to-end functional, and regression test cases using QMetry.- Carry out functional, regression, integration, sanity, and smoke testing.- Perform API testing using Postman.- Database testing using Datastax Studio.- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.- Prepare test result documents for each Jira board story.- Assist the Engineering support team in resolving production issues.- Conduct demo sessions on the release items for the green team.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in resolving their blocker issues to ensure timely and accurate testing.

Duties :- Leading the QA team through guidance, mentorship, and task delegation to team members.- Demonstrating proficiency in automating test cases using Cypress and Selenium.- Conducting requirement analysis and creating test plans, test scenarios, and traceability matrices based on user stories.- Executing end-to-end functional and regression test cases using Azure DevOps.- Conducting API testing using the Postman tool.- Collaborating with business analysts to clarify requirements and promptly resolving issues with developers.- Actively participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.- Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment.- Preparing release documents after each release cycle.- Identifying regression test cases and gradually automating them.- Performing peer reviews of automated test scripts.- Training new team members to quickly become productive.- Leading team meetings, identifying areas for improvement, and working towards enhancing performance.

Duties:- Conducting software testing to pinpoint and address issues from the end user's viewpoint.- Creating essential documents like Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Traceability Matrices for each project.- Developing and executing test cases. Engaging in diverse testing methodologies, including Functional, Database, Compatibility, GUI, and Regression testing.- Overseeing the testing workflow, detecting and documenting test failures using Azure DevOps.- Precisely tracking and documenting test outcomes in test documentation.- Analyzing results, generating reports, and communicating findings with colleagues and supervisors.
